Every single MAABRIE scrunchie, bow, and hamper element is lovingly cut, gathered, stitched, and assembled by hand. Due to the handcrafted nature of our atelier pieces:

Minor variations in ruffle gathering, stitch drape, or ribbon length are innate characteristics of genuine handmade craft and not considered defects.
Color tones may vary slightly based on display color calibrations across smartphones, laptops, and studio photographic lighting.
Product dimensions and weight specifications are approximate guidelines.

3. Pricing & Currency

All prices displayed across our platform are denominated in Indian National Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to revise prices, modify promotional discount codes, or discontinue items without prior notice. However, once an order is placed and confirmed, the price agreed upon at the time of checkout will remain unaffected.

4. Order Placement & Verification

Orders may be initiated through our online store interface or directly finalized via our verified WhatsApp concierge. Receipt of an automated order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance; we reserve the right to cancel or verify orders in instances of:

Postal PIN code non-serviceability by our national courier partners.
Suspected unauthorized or fraudulent payment activity.

We dispatch parcels across all serviceable pin codes within India from our Lucknow studio. Standard fulfillment occurs within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation. 6. Hygiene & Return Limitations

Due to strict personal hair safety and hygiene standards, opened hair accessories are strictly non-returnable once delivered. However, if your package arrives physically damaged or missing items, we provide a 100% free immediate replacement or full refund in accordance with our Refund & Replacement Policy.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
