• Orders Below ₹499: Flat nominal shipping fee of ₹40 applied automatically at checkout.

2. Dispatch & Atelier Preparation Time

Because every MAABRIE piece is handcrafted and individually inspected, our fulfillment timeline is as follows:

• Standard Catalog Orders: Dispatched from our Lucknow atelier within 24 to 48 business hours following payment confirmation.
• Custom & Bespoke Hampers: Personalized gift hampers with handwritten calligraphy notes and custom ribbon seals are prepared within 48 hours.
• Bulk Wedding / Event Favors (25+ units): Prepared within 3 to 5 business days, coordinated directly with your event dates.

3. Transit Durations Across India

Once handed over to our verified national courier partners (Delhivery, Shiprocket, Blue Dart), transit durations are typically:

• Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Chennai): 3 to 4 business days.
• Tier 2 and Tier 3 Cities: 4 to 6 business days.
• North-East, J&K, and Rural Outlying Zones: 5 to 7 business days.

4. Packaging & Unboxing Integrity

5. Real-Time Tracking Link

The moment your order is manifested and scanned by the courier partner, an automated confirmation message containing your tracking link (Airway Bill / AWB) is dispatched to your registered phone number via WhatsApp and SMS. You can follow your package's journey directly to your door.

6. Address Modifications
