Every piece is handcrafted in our Lucknow atelier and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Orders typically reach your doorstep within 3 to 5 business days across India.

Due to strict personal hygiene and hair safety standards, opened hair accessories are non-returnable. However, customer delight is our utmost priority! If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete in transit, we provide a 100% free immediate replacement or refund.
